Scope of this policy
- This Privacy Policy applies to Integral Aikido services and Website only. Our Web sites may contain links to other Web sites for your convenience and information. We are not responsible nor do we have control over the privacy practices or the content of those sites. Information we collect and how we use it
- Information you provide – When you sign up to a newsletter, post a comment or use the "Send this article" feature, we ask you for personal information (such as your email address, pseudo and/or an account password).

- Survey E-mail: We may send you an e-mail inviting you to participate in user surveys, asking for feedback on integralaikido.org and existing or prospective products and services, as well as information to better understand our users. - HTML E-mail: When you sign up to receive e-mail from us, we may place a one-pixel gif in HTML E-mails to determine whether or not readers viewed the e-mail. This process does not leave any information on your computer, nor does it collect information from your computer.

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is Integral Aikido’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Integral Aikido and an individual.
