Integral Practice is a pioneering program for body, mind, shadow and spirit based on an effective integration of long-term practices. This holistic approach to cultivating health, personal growth and positive social change, was designed not only for spiritual seekers, but for all people, particularly those with busy lives.
Integral Practice is inspired by the work of philosopher and mystic Ken Wilber and is a transformative path for the post, post-modern world — it is the simplest practice you can do to wake up!
The Body Awareness module will be conducted by Miles Kessler from Integral Aikido.
“The Big Mind process is an astonishingly original, profound and effective path for waking up, or seeing one’s True Nature. It is such a simple and universal practice it can be used in any spiritual path you wish, or even by itself, as a practice for realizing your True Self.” — Ken Wilber, author of Integral Spirituality
Enlightenment knows no differences – no man, no woman, no gender, no sex, no self, and no other. At the same time it is expressed in the manifest realm, including masculine and feminine sensibilities. This evening will be an exploration of how this realization is expressed through the feminine consciousness. What is the Integral Feminine in all her beauty, in her shadow, in her simplicity and complexity, and in the perspectives that only awareness reflected through the body, speech, and mind of a woman can reveal.
*This evening is also open to men to witness the process and participate in the Q & A at the end.
“The Integral Feminine is awareness at the leading edge of evolution in the body and mind of a women.” — Diane Musho Hamilton
