7-day Urban Retreat In Tel Aviv
May 9th ~ 15th, 09:00 ~ 17:00 daily
The Integral Dojo will be hosting a 7-day Vipassana Urban Retreat w/ Sayadaw Vivekananda. This Urban Retreat is designed to give the opportunity to experience an intensive practice in daily life in the heart of Tel Aviv. The schedule will consist of alternating periods of 1 hour sitting and walking meditation, practical instructions and Dharma talks. Each committed yogi will have daily interviews with Sayadaw to help with their progress in the practice.

This retreat is being offered free of charge and is based on the traditional “dana” system of donations.
